The Colony High School Lady Cougar Wrestling program is building champions—on the mat and in life. As one of the fastest-growing women’s sports in the nation, wrestling teaches perseverance, discipline, and confidence, and our Lady Cougars embody these qualities every day.

Our mission is to empower young women through hard work, mental toughness, and teamwork. In just our first season, the Lady Cougars have shown grit in some of the toughest tournaments, earned personal milestones, and built a foundation for long-term success. With your support, we can continue to provide our athletes with the resources they need to compete at their best and represent our school and community with pride.
